What are factory direct and how does it work?

Factory direct products are not in stock in our webshop. Once you place a factory direct order with us, we immediately forward it to our factory. They ensure that your order is completed. Your completed order is then sent to our warehouse, where we carefully inspect and prepare it for shipping to you.

Placing a factory direct order is very easy! You select the products you want to order and add them to your cart. There is no minimum MOQ, so you can order as much or as little as you like. Factory direct products and in-stock products cannot be placed in the same order. A factory direct order can only include factory direct products.

On average, delivery takes 10–15 business days. While the delivery time is slightly longer, you’ll enjoy exclusive pricing and access to a wider product selection. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a track & trace code. Simple and convenient! You can find these rates here.

What happens next? 

You will automatically receive an email when your package is on its way (with a track and trace code)! Before you know it, you will have your desired pre-order products at home!
