Anyone can register an account at Yehwang Global. Just hit the ‘registration’ button, fill in your details, submit the request and you are done. You can get 15% off for your first order.
It only takes a few steps to reset your password. Select ‘Forgotten password’ on the log in page. Then fill out the email address to which we can send your new, temporary password.

Please log in by using your business account. Use the ‘add to cart’ button to add products to your shopping cart. Once you’re done shopping, click on the shopping cart in the upper right corner to get an overview of your order. Please check the products in your cart and your personal details carefully and update them if needed. Finally, select your preferred payment mode and finalize your order. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

It is not possible to cancel finalized orders. Items in your confirmed order cannot be exchanged nor can items be added to a finalized order. Any additions to your order need to be placed on a separate order.
In order to find the best-fitting style, we provide the accurate size and fit information of the product at the bottom of the product page. Usually these are based on the size the model is wearing. If you want to know the size of other sizes, you can always contact us at helpdesk@yehwangglobal.com
Your order is already shipped out and transferred to the logistic company, we are not able to change your shipping address any more.
Items in your shopping cart and/or wish list are not reserved. In addition, it is not possible to reserve items.
Although the quality of our jewelry is durable, we advise our customers not to wear our jewelry while showering or sleeping, or during sports or similar activities. The best way to care for your jewelry is to avoid contact with water, hairspray, and body lotion. In some cases, the pH level of your skin can have a negative effect on the jewelry and may cause discoloration.
Your jewelry should avoid exposure to sunlight or warm places, preferably in a padded jewelry box or anti-rust bag. You can also store them in a separate sealed plastic (polyethylene) bag. Do not use rubber containers as they will cause accelerated discoloration and may cause the jewelry to darken. Under no circumstances should you put jewelry in the bathroom or any damp place.
The simple way to keep your jewelry at its best gloss:
Avoid contact with any chemicals or strong products, such as perfumes and cosmetics.
Remove jewelry when bathing or swimming. Avoid contact with chlorine, sand and salt water.
Remove them before engaging in any exercise or physical activity to prevent them from additional shocks and sweat.
Do not wear it while sleeping to avoid accidental damage.
Store them in a clean, dry and cool place. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
All prices on the Yehwang Global website are excluding VAT. If you have a VAT number please fill this number in during check-out. When your order arrives at customs at the destination country you will be informed by the courier if import duties or taxed need to be paid by the buyer. Yehwang Global will not be responsible for these charges.

Yes! All our customers are free to use our visual materials. This includes product images as well as images of products shot on models as well as any pictures posted on our social media account. If you use our images on social media channels, we’d love to be tagged!
