-You have 14 days to decide whether these items are needed, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 14 days after you signed the parcel.
-The Sale items can not be returned.
-Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. If not, a 20% handling fee will be charged.
-We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, altered or have always been sold by you to one of your customers.
An item can be returned:
-Orders can be cancelled before delivery.
-If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and there’s no any problem with the products, you could return them and pay the freight by yourself.
-If the items you received are damaged, defected or incorrect, we will refund you on original payment terms(include the shipping fee).
-Please contact at helpdesk@yehwangglobal.com and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. Then package up the item(s) which should be returned with the original packing and Drop off your package at the local post office.
