Return Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy. Most items sold on Yehwang may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date with some exceptions (see Non-Returnable Items section below) if they meet all applicable return requirements listed in this Return Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not allowed for items without quality issues.
Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not supported.

Return Requirements for Return-Eligible Items

All items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Quality Check for Returns

If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Yehwang Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt.
When a returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return-eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.
In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund on the rejected-return item, instead of sending it back to you.

Return Request Process

How do I return my order?

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order:

Through your account on Yehwang.

For Defective or Incorrect Items:

Click the "Return Request" button, fill in the product quantity and return reason. A photo of the defective item must be attached at the bottom of the return request page.

Await Our Instructions

You will notice that the status of your request will change from ‘Pending’ to either ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected.’ If your request is rejected, you can adjust your request and resubmit it. If your request is approved, you will be notified whether the products need to be returned to us.

In some cases, the items may not need to be returned, and we will reimburse the amount directly as store credit or through the original payment method.

For high-value orders with significant quality issues, the items must be returned to our warehouse for quality inspection. If the products are confirmed to have manufacturing defects or delivery errors, we will refund both the return shipping cost and the order amount.

Packaging & Return Address

If the products need to be returned, the return must be completed within 7 days of approval. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please fill in the courier name and tracking number in your return request.

Refunds

Upon receiving returned items, we process refunds promptly. You have two options:

Yehwang Account Balance: Credited within 1-3 business days. Note: This balance is non-withdrawable, usable only for Yehwang purchases.
Original Payment Method: Expected within approximately one week.

For both, the refund amount will be the actual price paid for the product(s) after deducting all discounts. Please note that processing may be slightly longer during weekends and public holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
