Sales Support Assistant

Job Description:

In this role, you will support Yehwang's sales activities in the broadest sense. You understand the needs and desires of customers and can provide excellent advice and assistance throughout the entire customer interaction, from initial contact to order placement, and finally, invoicing and sales completion. You contribute to building Yehwang's reputation by delivering excellent service, working accurately, and responding promptly.

In this role, you are responsible for smooth order processing and coordination with other departments. You keep track of deliveries and ensure timely delivery.

In other words, in this position, you are our ambassador to the customers.

Job Requirements:

• You have prior work experience in a similar sales/commercial role.

• Completed MBO education with work experience or an HBO-level with a commercial background.

• You possess clear commercial talents and are also administratively strong.

• You speak English well due to the international nature of our company.

• You are driven to constantly improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

• You feel comfortable in a smaller team with friendly and sociable colleagues.

• You take responsibility for your work.

• You reside in the Ede area.
