Sales & Showroom Assistant In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • - Welcoming customers to our showroom and providing accurate product information and answering customer questions.

  • - Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

  • - Assisting in managing key accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships, collecting and analyzing sales data for key accounts, preparing reports, and sharing insights with the sales team at the headquarters in Ede.

  • - Upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to maximize sales.

  • - Introducing our private label service to customers and supporting them with their private label requests.

  • - Maintaining relationships with private label customers visiting the showroom and sharing trendy products with them.

  • - Timely handling of customer complaints and problem resolution.

  • - Keeping the showroom floor clean and organized.

  • - Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing as needed.

  • - Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor products.

  • - Achieving and surpassing sales targets and goals.

Requirements for the Sales & Showroom Assistant position

  • Product knowledge of our Yehwang jewelry, fashion, and accessories is crucial. You possess the right sales skills: strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential in the showroom. Achieving set sales goals is obviously important and comes naturally to you. 

  • Providing excellent customer service is a key requirement in our showroom. Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach are important qualities. 

  • Professionalism and appearance by, among other things, ensuring a clean and tidy showroom environment. 

  • Flexibility is expected as you occasionally work on Sundays according to a set schedule with your colleagues. Due to the smaller team, flexibility in working hours is expected of you anyway. 

  • You have a solid language proficiency in at least English and German due to our international customer base. 

  • You come across as representative and are aware that you represent Yehwang as its ambassador. 

  • You have gained experience in a sales environment and have acquired enough knowledge at the MBO or HBO level. 

  • You live in the vicinity of the WFC in Amsterdam or within a radius of up to 20 km from there.
